and this is the way things will look now - I have a few more minor changes to make and links to fix, but overall the redesign is complete. hope you like it :)

it has been far too cold and rainy here in Salt Lake - so much so that all the mountains and foothills have snow on them! I have been trying to get outside to climb on my day off but the weather has stopped that so far... today however looks gorgeous and I should be out there in about 20 minutes :)

The party last night was so much fun! My hips and legs are still sore from all the dancing :)-On Friday, at the Film Festival, Sean surprised me by announcing to everyone that it was my birthday and having everyone sing to me. She tried to get me to stand up, but I was far too embarrassed... everyone around me did point at me when I wouldn't stand up though. Thanks for embarrassing the hell out of me Sean! 

Climb for Life was an absolutely awesome event! The weather was not ideal (it snowed!) and we had to climb in the gym, but all the wonderful people made it unforgettable. There were so many inspiring women at the event, those who had survived cancer, amazing climbers and incredibly dedicated volunteers. I want to thank everyone who made it possible for me to participate in this event - I ended up raising 685$ - and as a total we raised over 126,000 for this one event! We met with some of the researchers that we are funding and I feel, now more than ever, that I have helped with something. I hope to continue helping out and participating in as many Climb for Lifes as possible! 

I recieved my birthday presents from my family yesterday and inside I found this hilarious jacket that mom made for Beau. I would love to say that he is annoyed with it, but he really doen't seem to mind :) 

sorry that I have been updating less often than normal, but I have been exceedingly busy! I am now working 2 jobs - 7 days a week. I am hoping that this will make it possible to hit the road again in a new van in a couple months - wish me luck!
